Kenny likes to mix it up -- a little down-home southern, a little Caribbean, maybe a little alligator. Between chef and farmer, a feast is found, and we’ll set the table in the middle of it all. Charlie has supplied restaurant kitchens from Jacksonville to Orlando with fresh local produce since 1985. We’ll celebrate this longelicious history of Florida fresh.
